But the inference runs the opposite direction from how it&#39;s framed: AnnounceKit&#39;s broader feature set, roadmap, NPS, feature requests, all in one subscription, is what would actually create switching cost, since a team ends up with more workflows built on a single platform. Beamer&#39;s narrower scope means less to migrate off of if the team ever needs to leave. For teams that have actually switched away from one of these, was migration friction tied to feature breadth like that, or did it come from somewhere the pricing page doesn&#39;t show, like data export or customer history?&lt;/p&gt;
